* I hereby agree to the processing of my personal data by Symposium Cracoviense, with its registered office in Kraków 31-511, Rakowicka 1/14, as the controller, for the purpose and scope necessary to be informed in the form of a newsletter or a commercial information sent to the email address provided in the form about the37th European Conference on Solid-State Transducers Eurosensors 2025 in Wrocław, supported by the Wrocław University of Science and Technology. As well as for the purpose and scope necessary to keep me informed about planned initiatives or projects implemented in the future of the Eurosensors, i.e. to send the commercial information to the email address provided in the form.

I agree to allow processing of all data collected for the purposes and in the ways indicated in the Privacy Policy for the purpose of disseminating and promoting information material pertaining to the activities and services that may be of interest.

* I hereby consent to the transfer of my personal data, including my name, last name, email address and company to which I am affiliated, by Symposium Cracoviense to the companies, organizing satellite symposia and/or organizing exhibit spaces to which I will access during my participation in the Eurosensors2025 in order for such companies to contact me for marketing purposes.

The controller had informed me that I have the right to revoke my consent at any time, wherein revoking of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the data processing that was carried on the basis of consent before the withdrawal.
