Acceptable digital format for presentation - 16x9 pptx PowerPoint for Windows. In case of MAC presentations speakers are requested to prepare their presentation in .pptx or PDF file. You can use, a special template for your presentation.
Presentation files should be submitted to the technician assigned to the room where the session will take place. It is possible to present directly from your own device or USB drive, however we recommend submitting the presentation to the technician in advance to ensure a smooth and timely session.
Please make sure to deliver or check your presentation with the technician no later than 30 minutes before the start of the session.
Guidelines for poster presentations:
All posters must be prepared in English.
Poster boards’ dimensions (including frames) will be 100 cm in width and 200 cm in height. To keep good legibility of the poster, we recommend a maximum size of 90 cm (35.4 inches) in width and 120 cm (47.2 inches) in length. Please use the “portrait” position.
We do not accept textile posters due to problems with their correct installation. The posters should be paper with a maximum paper weight of 200 g.
Make sure that the poster is not crowded by too many letters or numbers. Posters should be easy to read from a 2-meter distance.
There will be one poster board for each poster. Poster boards will be marked with numbers according to the numbering of posters as given in the Programme.
Posters should be displayed on the day of their session. Properly: Session I - before 9 a.m. 8th September, Poster Session II - before 9 a.m. 9th September.
Posters must be removed at the end of your poster session (Poster Session I - before 9 a.m. - 9th September, Poster Session II - after Closing ceremony 10th September).
The Congress staff will be available to assist and will provide tape for securing the posters.
Posters that are not removed by the end of the day/event will be disposed of by the organizers.
